What is the return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Are any purchases final sale?

Only items on sale are considered final sale. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

U.S. based customers shipping times are 5-8 buisness days.

International customers shipping times are 5-12 buisness days.

Where are your products manufactured?

All of our products are manufactured from our partner in China.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free. No order minimum is required.

Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?

Our earrings made of sterling silver and stainless steel are made for sensitive ears.

We also use zinc alloy and cooper in most of our earrings. We've received feedback from customers that their sensitivity was not triggered from those two materials, whereas others said it did.
